Hm...EB elections done :) more people in the EB than ever... Biggest question: how to split tasks and responsibilities... Oh, cos this is the youngest EB ever. Only being in AIESEC for 4 months...
Positive: very determined, no bad habits, some clear goals, friends,...
Negative: no experience, short on theoritical knowledge, stubburness,...
Other positive: prepared coach, connections, many interested people,...
Other negative: very few old members
Next: transition...
Meanwhile: evaluation...
